This accessibility statement applies to the OptinStack marketing website at https://optinstack.com. Product accessibility for the consent banner, consent preferences modal, and dashboard is an ongoing engineering priority across app.optinstack.com and embedded integrations.
Our commitment
OptinStack is committed to improving digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to make our marketing content and product surfaces usable with keyboard navigation, screen readers, and other assistive technologies where feasible.
Marketing website
We strive to ensure optinstack.com enables visitors to:
- Navigate primary content using a keyboard.
- Resize text in the browser without loss of content or function.
- Perceive meaningful text alternatives for informative images.
- Read content written in clear, plain language.
Compliance status
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA for the marketing site and are evaluating WCAG 2.2 criteria as testing coverage expands. This statement is not a certification, audit report, or VPAT.
Known limitations
We are actively working to address the following:
- Some decorative or legacy images may lack text alternatives.
- Complex navigation menus may require additional keyboard and screen-reader testing on certain breakpoints.
- Third-party embedded content (such as status pages or documentation iframes) may not fully meet WCAG targets.
- PDF or downloadable exports generated in the product depend on the structure of data you provide.
Product surfaces
The OptinStack consent banner and consent preferences center render in an isolated Shadow DOM, which protects them from most host-page CSS. We design default templates with readable contrast, focusable controls, and semantic structure. The marketing site, dashboard, consent banner, and consent preferences surfaces are tested and remediated separately.
Customers can customize copy and styling. You are responsible for verifying that customized configurations remain accessible for your audience.
